Carolina Smokehouse serves up tender ribs with a smoky flavor that speaks to hours of slow cooking. The kitchen was spotless, and the hood system gleamed—indicative of a robust maintenance schedule. Staff were knowledgeable about fire protocols. We’d like to see more signage for emergency shutoff switches, but overall compliance was impressive.
